assaulting a hairdresser, who refused him a kiss.
Bukom Banku entered the shop of the victim, Martha Nelson, according to the police, and demanded a kiss from her. She refused him the kiss and the boxer allegedly slapped and punched her. The boxer after the physical assault snatched Martha's Nokia phone worth GHc40 and crashed it on the ground. Bukom Banku has promised to replace the phone with a Samsung Galaxy.
Monday, September 5 is the date set by the court for him to reappear in before it. This is not the first time Bukom Banku has been dragged to court for allegedly assaulting his victims for which none has resulted in a prison sentence. Can he escape this one this time round?
